It's really pretty simple.
An attack on our Capitol is wrong
Prtotests are never 'right' or 'wrong'.
However one's perception of a protest are pre determined by personal bias.
So Antifa protests aren't eying, even when violent?
BS. A violent attack on our Capitol is wrong
A. Not from the perspective of Antifa sympathizers. They believe they have just cause.
B. The J6 protestors felt they had just cause as well
. Only time will tell if they did or not.
MLK went to jail for his cause & wrote letters from Birmingham, Antifa & J6 felons don't
You have zero direct knowledge of what letters have been written or by whom.
And MLK was no better or different than any other protester.
He merely was assassinated at precisely the right moment to be glorified as a martyr to his particular cause.
Same for Lincoln, Kennedy, and Malcolm X.
TRUTH NUKE
No one should look up to Dr. King
Or even Rosa Parks if you like historical things that didn't even happen the way you were taught
Exactly
Her entire 'event' was planned out ahead of time.
It was not spontaneous whatsoever.
She even admitted it years later.
But since these facts are inconvenient to the manufactured narrative…..they are ignored.
This is fake history. Park's refused to go to the back of the bus & local authorities took it from there. It's called civil disobedience
I'm mystified why it is important to you that nobody look up to MLK or admire Parks' courage
Are you for segregation of the races? Whires only waiting rooms & drinking fountains?
Incorrect.
Even prior to her incident on the bus…. Parks was an activist..
Parks and her associates carefully planned her actions.
( She openly acknowledged this during an interview years later)
Now the fact that she was an activist who carefully staged the incident …does NOT alter the fact that segregation was totally wrong . Segregation needed to end, it was immoral.
But it should remind all of us not to instantly accept what the media dumps In front of us.
Thank you, KaiBear, for letting us all know that even though we all need to tear down Parks' statues littered across the country, we can still hold the opinion that racial segregation is wrong.
Good Lord.
Revealing filter you showed there, Porteroso.
KaiBear correctly observed that we can and should be able to discern the truth before just taking the media at its word. The funny thing is you have said much the same thing when Trump was praised for something, but you throw a sulk when others are criticized.
For my part, I respect the efforts of Parks and Dr. King to address segregation and racism, even as I think it's important to understand some of the tactics on both sides. Because the same tactics are used today, and sometimes by the opposite side who used them before.
Some people
chose to stay blind.
