I am all for everyone serving at least a year. Maybe it's military, which might be two, but we also include the old WPA type building projects, throw in Peace Force, Red Cross, government projects, there are all sorts of options, but get rid of the green hair, nose rings and so forth. Give them some substance in their lives. RIght now we end up with the Sam Lowry's, RebelT's of the world, and that's not good
