All valid points. I was responding to the original post. Abuse of the justice system for political purposes is a gross obstruction of Justice and fraud. A concussion definitely should result in a very long prison term. Since it is a tyrannical abuse of the public trust it reeks of treason but probably does not meat the legal standard. I don't know the details of the legal code but I do know the constitutional definition of treason:

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."
