Biden was ready to go full throttle on the Prince and ended up asking him for favors to keep pressure on Russia. The same lack of foresight Trump has on our allies we will need to keep China at bay. You bet oil is involved somehow, but it is 7nl8kely Trump promised much. Probably just a show of support, during the Biden admin, the relationship with Saudi Arabia soured a bit, then the Israel Hamas war strained relations further with the West.
