The states can still administer federal funds for education. And there will be some small need for federal workers to coordinate it all.

I really mean what I've said for years, mirror the German system, where the state subsidizes the re-exucation of people who have their industry disrupted or eliminated. It will happen to many here because of AI and automation. Already has.
