Well, ok.
Remember when the drinking age was 18, and after lobbying by the insurance companies the federal government withheld highway funds from any state that didn't raise it to 21?
Education funds can be withheld in the same way.

Beginning to believe Minnesota exists in some kind of altered state of reality.
I think MN is "in too deep" to quote a Phil Collins song. They spent the $ to put the tampon machines in the boys bathrooms so they are invested in this stuff.
Again, thank God these people didn't win the presidency.
I realize it's only a 4 year pause slowing the mentally ill and crazy from
taking over, but if these folks keep pushing like they are, it might well become
8 or even 12 years.
