Imagine how many fire victims could be helped with $50 million used judiciously & intelligently. Yes, I know that it's foolish to expect any Lefty politician or bureaucrat to do anything judicious or intelligent, especially in California. It doesn't matter since they have other priorities with the taxpayers' money.

Withhold it all for every penny they allocate for legal warfare rather than than aiding their citizens.
