It's probably confirmation bias, but leftists all have the same kind of look in their face. The same kind of "unhinged", "unbalanced" look in their eyes. Other descriptors that come to mind particularly when they talk(shout) are "moonbat" and "banshee". Especially the women. Let's face it - it's mostly women.

Ever notice how no matter what these wacko lefty types are virtually never happy and never stop seeing themselves as anything other than poor hapless victims. They might have a few occasional celebratory moments when one of their far left candidates wins an election, but even that normally devolves quickly into more frustration, anger, and depression when even their own candidates aren't radical and crazy enough for them. They're always a sad, miserable lot at best with the usual Godless nature they base their beliefs on always being at a minimum a contributing factor.
