IMO interest rates have to drop to at least 5.5 % or the real estate values are going to plummet by at least 20% by 2026.

And most voters don't realize Trump has no control over the actions of the Fed; but the legacy media will blame him anyway.

This has not always been the case. But, man, the Democratic party has done a great job of running off men the last several years.

The majority of minorities (at least the minorities of color) still support the dims as well, although Trump / MAGA have unquestionably made impressive inroads into that demographic - especially including black men. The dim party has for decades now been a party of disparate usually one issue type groups that are united by hatred for conservatives and in recent years MAGA in general - but if anything that characteristic has only intensified and further isolated the party most recently.

Inflation is still a problem, and it's not going away. All you need to do is look at the bond market.

The asset owners are killing it. That's what the democrats are great for. I don't vote for them but I thank them for their service!!!
