The president cannot actually order Congress or the media to do anything. There are limits to his power. However, the Congress critters would be foolish to skip this one and the media would be foolish not to air it. With a big build up like this it's likely there will be some big news.

Assuming, obviously, that this is real. It's not exactly Trump's official Twitter account.

Well I look forward to the update.
But if this is the build up, something tells me it will not go well. The delivery will be off or unconvincing.
Would prefer him to bring the A game of facts and policies, with minimal bluster. We'll see.
