How about this? We will send the illegal violent criminals to El Salvador. If ultimately, after through it goes through the legal process, it's determined that Trump acted illegally, then we can bring them back. If the judge would like to go fight for the rights of these guys, he can go to El Salvador to represent them.
Jim Jordan was on a show and said they are going to try to limit district judge rulings to the district, not nation wide by default. That way at least the activist judge behavior will be a little more limited in scope.
I do think we need to drag some of these judges through the impeachment process. This is the same guy that ran the FISA court for the Russia collusion mess and gave the fbi guy who falsified documents a slap on the wrist. The process may not be successful in the end, but the conflicts of interest and corruption of these judges will be made more public. Lets see them testify under oath about their motivations. Make it ugly and maybe some are discouraged from their activism.

You know, that document that really is the supreme law of the land and that every official in the government, including fascist judges, took an oath to uphold. Go back to kindergarten. The judge is not the entire rule of law, but is included in the rule of law. There is a time and place for everything. Notice Trump is not trying to violate the ruling. Because that is not right. It's just zealots like you that want Trump to be able to do whatever he wants.
The plane should have never taken off. The gang members were secured and they had an appeal pending. The judge then ruled on that appeal that they should stay here until the court issue he found was resolved.
Trump jumped the gun and it just feeds this idea that he is above the law. He should have waited. At the end of the day, he is going to win this case and they will be deported. Let that process play out. If you do, you get the win with no egg on your face. Now he's won, but it raises the issue is he willing to win playing by the rules or by any means necessary.
