thought you might need a good laugh

Shocking
The American Trudeau.
And millions of American women will vote for him despite the havoc Newsome brought to California.
We are a strange species.
It's a crack up how it's women who whine the most about having all these unreasonable expectations placed on them when it comes to looks.
Yet they'll make political decisions based on what a man looks like. And only that.
GN is proof that someone can have what some would consider conventional good looks, and yet still be an unattractive human being.
But women fall for that kind of thing all the time. And it's why good looking guys are able to take advantage of them.
Women say they just want a nice guy with a sense of humor. No. They don't. Most want a good looking face and a nice body. Even if it means they have to give up being treated well.
And GN doesn't treat the people who voted for him, nor the people who didn't, well. And that includes those who are easily manipulated...by his face.
John F Kennedy is the classic example. Handsome individual, horrible president.
Yep. People were definitely swooned by his looks and charm.
Some historians still are.
Although an increasing number are re examining his dependency on drugs, sex addiction, family connections with organized crime and constant policy failures.
I know people will often support, praise, and vote for candidates who don't always present in the most pious of ways.
Dems will question a vote for DT, but they will do the same with their less than pious or stellar candidates.
My father was from California, but my mother was from Boston. My maternal grandmother came out to CA to visit from Connecticut one occasion, and she had a news clipping to share that showed my great grandmother (who was related to Rose) and JFK when he was on a whistle stop while he was running for senator.
After my grandmother left, my mom jokingly told me never to tell anyone I was related to the Kennedys. Raised as a Boston Catholic, my mom came from a family who voted for the Kennedys, no matter what. But once she married my dad, she became way more conservative.
As to your last comment I agree. Because that's how life should be. People make mistakes. We are not always stellar human beings. And it's okay to acknowledge that. With all of us there is bad to go along with the good. And that's up for God to judge. And that's something we need to come to terms with, individually, with Him.
