The pastor of my old church is right there by Trump. I never cared much for Dr Jeffress and he seems to care more about being on fox than being a pastor.

I cant think of a singe instance as a child when my priest ever talked about current politics... maybe it happened once or twice in a sermon and I am just forgetting but if it did happen it was so sparse it never left an impression on me.

Not something you'd ever see in my church either, nor any church I've ever attended. It's funny that the author of the x post attempts to paint him as an "evangelical," when there is of course no evidence this dude was even a Christian, much less an evangelical. Guilt by association I guess.

Guy is a member of an autonomous church, that has no affiliation with any other church. Apparently he is now in jail for sexually abusing a minor, so I guess he does at least share that in common with a number of Catholic priests convicted of same.

Your attempt to do the collective guilt thing is always humorous to me. You'll post a video of a Jew saying something terrible, and of course in your mind that proves all Jews are evil. And now you'll post an x post of some nut doing something behind a pulpit, which naturally in your mind means all evangelicals are evil. Is the collective guilt accusations a Millennial thing? Or did you just never take speech in high school, and therefore don't even know you're engaging in a logical fallacy?

Btw, there's no evidence Catholic Priests abuse more minors than other denominations.

He shared a post of a single heretical Baptist preacher in Indiana. Then he said you wouldn't see that in a Catholic/Orthodox church. What's wrong with that? It clearly wasn't directed at all Baptists.

Distinction without a difference. You were clearly attempting to paint all evangelicals with a broad brush because of the bad actions of a preacher (your modus operandi), and then tried to paint the Catholic Church as somehow immune from such issues, when it of course isn't.

Everyone knows what you were doing.

You won't see it in an Orthodox Church because we still use the Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom which dates from around 50 years after the Council of Nicea. In fact, the Paschal message (Hieratikon) next week given at every Orthodox church around the world is the same message that has been given for 1600 years.

We are quite serious about preserving the faith once delivered to the saints and don't change things because someone showed up 2000 years after the fact and thinks he has a good idea.

Changing church is prelest (also known as spiritual delusion, spiritual deception, or spiritual illusion it is a term for a spiritual state of false holiness or deluded self-righteousness, believing in one's own spiritual superiority) and it is a serious spiritual illness.

No comment on Trump pardoning Chabad Ludovitch cultist's who defrauded Medicare for billions of dollars?

Do you consider her a Christian?

I think evangelicals are a complete farce and make a mockery of Christianity.

Their faith is shifts with a stiff morning breeze and is so easily manipulated by jews and other charlatans who able to commandeer their faith and replace themselves as God.

There is a stark difference between the traditional Christianity and this new age, watered down nonsense.

The bottom line is you can believe you are right and the Catholics and Orthodox are wrong all you like but the goal of organized religion is recruitment. Those denominations are growing because they inspire young men and give them a sense of purpose that evangelicalism does not. You can ridicule them for baptisms, communion, and confessionals while you are sitting alone with your rapidly aging congregation in an generic, unimpressive building with Israeli flags hanging all over the walls and ceilings. These guys are celebrating mass in beautiful, historic landmarks with timeless traditions that elicit awe and inspire those in attendance.

To answer your question, I don't know for sure, but if I had to guess, I would say no. She is an adherent of the prosperity gospel, which essentially teaches that God promises health, wealth, and abundance to believers who demonstrate piety and make financial donations. This of course has made her very wealthy, but it's heretical and in no way biblical. So, to answer your question, I think the woman is a charlatan not saved by the blood of Christ.

As for Evangelicals, you really need to tell us what your understanding of that term is, because White, and her Prosperity Gospel are not "evangelical" in nature, as that term has been traditionally defined and understood. Evangelical refers to a transdenominational movement of Protestant Christians who emphasize a personal relationship with Jesus, the authority and inerrancy of the Bible, the need for a "born-again" experience, active sharing of the Gospel, and conservative social mores. I would describe White as more Pentecostal in her beliefs than Evangelical, though as stated above, she is likely not a Christian at all, like the other Prosperity Gospel preachers (see Osteen, Benny Hinn, etc.).

There is also a spectrum of those in the Evangelical community that is broad as the term "white people." And those beliefs are often times as diverse as Orthodox is from Evangelical.

As for "watered-down" beliefs, I guess that depends on what you mean by watered-down. Is adding requirements to Christ's Gospel message watering it down? Is adherence to the written word watering it down? I don't think any reasonable person could call that watered down. If by watered down, you mean that Catholics and to a lesser extent, Orthodoxy, have added certain requirements and actions necessary to be saved, to me that is the true "watering down" of the Gospel and Christianity. But again, you'd have to define what you mean by that phrase.

I think we all know the true issue here is the Jews.. It always come back to that for you. You're really unhappy that Evangelicals don't hate Jews as you do, or believe in the heretical replacement theology of the Catholics and Orthodoxy. That is of course why you hate them - as you hate a lot of things.

A former Jew would be someone who leaves the practice of Judaism and converts to another religion. Just as a former Anglican would be someone who leaves Anglicanism and converts to another religion.

You can be a former Jew or a former Anglican. You cannot be a former Semite or Anglo-Saxon.

That's how you narrowly define "Jew." However, that's not how most of the world defines it.

From Merrian-Webster: "1) a person belonging to a continuation through descent or conversion of the ancient Jewish people; 2) one whose religion is Judaism; 3) a member of the tribe of Judah."

From Oxford's English Dictionary: "A member of a people whose traditional religion is Judaism and who trace their origins through the ancient Hebrew people of Israel to Abraham."

And here's the definition from the Cambridge Dictionary: a person whose religion is Judaism or a person related by birth to the ancient people of Israel."

In short, the word has a number of different connotations and meanings beyond mere adherence to Judaism.

As for your second paragraph, it is your position that the man's ethnicity influences his politics and religion? In what way? How does his Jewish heritage affect his Christianity? What nonsense should he reject?

How does your heritage affect your positions, and why?
