Honestly, this is just another really stupid and uninformed take. What's even more remarkable is that four lost souls are as ignorant about scripture as you are (we know three of them, 1) Barbearian; 2) BigBear; 3) reality bear, but who's the fourth)?
In these verses, Jesus is speaking to a specific group of Jewish leaders and opponents who were challenging Him during that conversation in Jerusalem (John 8). When He says, "You belong to your father, the devil," there is of course zero evidence he is making a statement about all Jews, all Israelites, or all future inhabitants of Israel. Rather, He is speaking about those who were rejecting the truth and seeking to kill Him, thereby reflecting the devil's character of murder and falsehood.
And of course, we have to read this in the context of Romans, where Paul tells us to be careful not to become arrogant toward the Jewish people. Paul reminds Gentile believers that Israel received "the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the worship, and the promises" (Romans 9:4-5). He explicitly warns, "do not boast over those branches," and reminds believers that "it is not you that support the root, but the root that supports you" (Romans 11:18). Indeed, Paul goes so far as to say that the Jewish people remain "beloved for the sake of their forefathers. For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable" (Romans 11:28-29).
Just a reminder to all of the Jew-haters that Jesus, Mary, the Apostles, and the earliest Christians were themselves Jews.
P.S. There is no such thing as blasphemy toward the "blessed mother." She's not a god that can be blasphemed. She's a mortal and a sinner, just like the rest of us, who was blessed to give birth to Christ.
