Many of Nasdaq's small-cap IPOs from China, Hong Kong or Singapore rose amid social media touting then crashed.Along with seven of the stocks recently halted by the SEC on suspicion of manipulation, over 20 of Nasdaq's small-cap new issues fell more than 60% in a single day.

The SEC said its task force is focusing on the underwriters that help such companies access U.S. capital markets. Some underwriters appeared repeatedly this year on China small-cap prospectuses, including Dominari Holdings, which is 12% owned by Jr and Eric. Both refused to comment.

If you say that you have managed to direct corporation / company policies with a 12% ( or less ) stake I believe you.

Although I have never seen such a thing in any of my stock portfolios .

In any case Trump is not in control of anything with his little 12%. However we can all believe whatever suits us.

Carl Icahn owned less than 10 percent of shares of Commercial Metals Company in his takeover bid back in 2011. There was a vote by the stockholders that soundly rejected his bid of $15 per share. I voted NO for the takeover.
