An observation I find interesting, though not entirely surprising, is the number of children of Hollywood stars that suffer from either drug or alcohol abuse, or other forms of mental illness. It is quite prevalent in Hollywood. I have a cousin who is in the industry - and created some of the most iconic shows in American history - and his kids, who are around my age, have all suffered from drug and alcohol abuse and mental illness. One of them found Christ and sobered up, but the other two are drug addicts and the dregs of society.
Having worked at WB for several years in the late 90's, I can say this is the norm. It is a truly God-less and demonically influenced industry. They all essentially suffer from the same ideology, and as a result, their kids are completely screwed up - the the point that when you come across a sane one, it's a surprise.
