Well we have won so many times and completely obliterated them so many times (as well as threatening to wipe them off the face of the earth multiple times but not doing it) that of course the objectives have changed......

We are a net exporter, but different grades of crude are used for different things. It gets a little complicated. For example , we import 5M barrels of shale sand oil which we use to refine into gasoline and diesel .

A US military transport plane landed at Moscow's Vnukovo airport on Tuesday, data from the flight tracking service Flightradar24 showed.

The large Boeing C-17 Globemaster, with the US-registered tail number 07-7181, flew direct from Riga, Latvia, and landed in Moscow around 9:00 a.m. local time.

Later on Tuesday, CBS News reporter Jennifer Jacobs reported that CIA Director John Ratcliffe had traveled to Moscow aboard a C-17.

Unverified footage posted on X/Twitter appears to show the aircraft on approach over a Russian town near the airport.
