I participated in the quiet part of the front-end of our 47-yr long war that Iran has waged against us, against both Iran and Hizballah. While he is right about war declarations, now is a little late to be saying you will push this. If Congress would get off of cowardice and get the war powers act fixed for such a purpose before hostilities start, I'd be on board.
House and senate need to get to work on doing their constitutional job in many areas. How about forcing there to be an annual budget as the constitution demands?
