I still think we're getting the ones on the smarter side of their bell curve. Indians have something like a 75 iq average and there are 1.5 billion of them. The ones who literally crap in the streets seem to be mostly in Canada so far but who knows, you may need to watch where you step when strolling the shops at Legacy.
