From a Christian perspective, Muslims have indeed been led astray by Satan himself, just like any religion that separates man from God and leads people down a path toward destruction. That does not mean we can't interact and be friendly with them. Indeed, Christ calls us to do so. But that doesn't mean we cannot recognize that Satan is ultimately behind the deception.

According to the Quran, Isa - their Arabic name for Jesus - is called the Messiah all right, but not because He saved Humanity from their sins, but because He pointed everyone to Mohamed.
I kid you not, 'Isa' in the Quran specifically and only because Mohamed calls him a cheerleader for Team Islam.
So when anyone starts a conversation about Jesus with a Muslim, they have three choices:
1. Agree with the blasphemy in the Quran (not gonna happen);
2. Correct the facts by citing Scripture; or
3. This is where you come. What is the third option, please?
Once again you guys are arguing your believes expecting it to make a difference with Moslems. They believe will all their heart you are wrong and need to come to islam.

As I stated earlier, I have personally helped many muslims come to Christ. There are plenty of muslims who are only muslim by culture & capture. They do not truly believe in Islam, but they participate in the practices because it is part of their culture. All it took was a few conversations and a few days of contemplation for them to realize that the Bible was true and the Quran was false. Most of them have admitted that they always knew Islam was false, but the influence of Islam in a muslim country made it almost impossible to question it. When these folks were presented with the truth of the Gospel, they were internally excited but still very cautious. All of them fell under severe persecution once their families discovered that they were leaving Islam for Christianity. Many of them had to leave their countries for other, less radical places. One of them was eventually murdered by her family. Most of the guys were beaten and disowned.
The ones who "believe with all their heart" are the radicals. You are correct that they are unreachable. They have imprisoned many others with Sharia law and the violent teachings of the Quran. They are the reason that we need to start playing Cowboys and Muslims.
The truth is that Islam is an evil, satanic religion. It is not peaceful in any way. Islam is completely incompatible with Western Civilization and especially with the United States of America. Islam is the enemy. It is a sick ideology that must be fought & destroyed.
Western civilization owes a debt to the Muslim academics that preserved so much Greek thought, plus the advances in math and and astronomy, brought back to Europe as a result of the Crusades.

The Byzantines and other Christians would have continued to preserve the science, math and knowledge even if they had not been brutally invaded & conquered by the evil Muslims.
Just because the Christians were able to keep the wisdom of the west alive while under the horrific oppression of Islam, doesn't mean anyone owes anything to them. None of those things you mention would exist if not for the liberation that came from the west.
It's hard to imagine how much better the world would be if Islam had never existed.
No need for the crusades. No terrorism. Peace in the middle east. Christianity all over Asia. No Somali pirates or Muslim controlled Strait of Hormuz. Free flow of oil and trade throughout the world. Africa would probably be more Christian and more advanced. The African slave trade would not have happened on the scale that it did, but word have mostly stayed within the continent.
Islam has been a horrible blight on the entire planet. Not a single nation or region has improved because of Islam... quite the opposite.
Lebanon and Iran are great modern examples. Before Islam took over those nations, they were peaceful, educated, and thriving. Both nations have been horribly degraded due to the Muslim takeovers.
Islam is the cancer of the world. It must be eradicated if we have any hope of survival.
