While cool, also highly unnecessary.

Ebola has killed very few people since it was discovered. It has NEVER been a threat for a major outbreak as it just doesn't have the ability to spread rapidly, over large areas, etc.

You better hope it doesn't mutate into something way more transmissible. Yeah, killing over 13,000 people in the last 10 years is no biggie, it's only poor Africans, who cares?
