Hopefully this is a speedy trial, and he is found guilty on all accounts.

Your actions must have consequences especially if they involve the INTENTIONAL death of another

How many BLM animals are outside the courthouse?

Pretty shocking how Soros is funding people to protest an obviously cold-blooded murder.

I feel bad for the kids that have these people are parents.

I doubt Soros funded the swatting of Austin's family. I doubt Soros funded the harassment of Austin's father's work that got him fired. Maybe he funded these protests but there is a sick culture in this country that is steeped in ignorance and racism and is coddled by the media and academia. Could be just genuinely ****ty people that are protesting out of sheer hate and stupidity.
Our vibrations were getting nasty. But why? I was puzzled, frustrated... Had we deteriorated to the level of dumb beasts?

Who knows but Soros money and other NGO activist groups trickle down to the antifa boots on the ground in some form or fashion. Thats how these people show up to battle ICE and thats how pallets of bricks show up for riots.

Should be the epitome of an open and shut case with the only question being what is Anthony's punishment going to be. Of course it probably won't be, but it should be.

When will we see all the cell ohone footage? We know the whole thing was recorded by everyone.

It's embarrassing how the left-wing media gives oxygen to these racists.

These people are not paying for themselves to fly to Dallas and protest ... hell they barely pay for anything themselves.

Agree. He's guilty. How long should he get in prison?

GoFundMe for $750k to Anthony's family? Absolutely ridiculous.

This kid commits premeditated cold blooded murder and his family promptly uses it as some kind of lucrative fund raising scheme. What in the world is wrong with our country?

Some great character witnesses...

A small win for the defense today. He got several witnesses to admit Melo did not run from the scene. He went immediately to his own coach. This directly disputes a point of emphasis from the prosecution opening statement about what happened (he tried to flea the area).

And I'm not sure what the defense may be doing here. He got each coach, trainer, etc. to admit they were unaware Melos team was the only team at the meet without a tent. Wonder what he's trying to set up here.

He needs the death penalty or life.

It is sad all the rumors that have flown around that the killers supporters take as fact. Like it wasn't a knife but rather a "track spike sharpener" which is not even a thing. When track spikes get dull you take them out of the shoe and put new ones in, or the rumors that they knew each other before the meet, the twins bullied him at school (which is such a weird one since they went to different schools), and so many more.

He needs to take a plea bargain as he will lose.

Im not the alleged. I did it is now on the record. This makes him guilty unless the prosecution can't prove it was not self defense.

If the roles were reversed, these supporters would be the KKK.

Melo was pushed, or at least was about to be depending on how you hear the answer, by Austin before Melo stabbed him according to a prosecution witness. The question now becomes is the witness's conclusion about Melo's response the correct one.

At some point, the witness said, "Austin leans in to push him and Karmelo stabs him." The witness, asked to describe the push, said it was not a light shove or a hard shove. "It was in between," the witness said. Hunter Metcalf was at the bottom of the tent and not really involved, he said, adding that not many people were involved in the altercation.

The witness said Anthony stabbed Metcalf, who fell onto the bleachers on his back. He said Metcalf lifted up his own shirt and said "Oh my God."

The witness said Anthony was outside the tent during altercation.

Prosecutor Bill Wirskye asked the witness:

Q: "Did Austin deserve to get stabbed." A: "No, sir"

If the roles were reversed, it prolly would've already been used as an excuse to riot, burn, and loot, plus Al Sharpton and his bullhorn would've shown up to help fan the flames. The MSM would also make it a non-stop national story while spinning it as "proof" of what an existential threat "white supremacy" is.

It's very sad. Maybe the kid did feel bullied, and i can understand wanting to defend yourself. But you cannot kill someone over that. Tragic that a young life was lost. He must be found guilty.

Yes, he needs to be found guilty, but it's equally important that at a minimum he gets sentenced to hard time in the penitentiary. Any kind of "wrist slap" type sentence will
be just as unjust as a not guilty verdict.

Youre delusional if you think a black kid in Frisco is feeling bullied. He most likely had the typical young black guy mentality that he had to prove he was tougher than the white kids around him and he was gangsta among Frisco kids.

It is this. The white kid dissed him by telling him to get out of the tent and then shoving him. Cracker needed to die.

At least he will be met with a hero's welcome in Huntsville.
Your ideas are intriguing to me, and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

His neighborhood was Frisco so I doubt it was that. His family was well off. You can look at stats though and rich black males are still far more violent than poor whites. Black women are actually more violent than white males. These are statistics and they correlate to iq. When you have a lower iq you cant think conceptually so you act on impuilse without thinking about consequences. There are reason why certain groups commit more vilent crimes than others. Go look at Japan for example. Highest iq country and lowest violent crime rate.

He is finished.

All the witnesses have been against him.

Coaches from multiple schools saying you don't go to another schools tent.

Multiple people reporting the rain started after the stabbing.

Multiple people saying he was asked multiple times to leave.

Multiple people saying the first touch from Metcalf resulted in the wannabe thug (who doesn't deserve to have his name made more famous) immediately stabbing him after saying "touch me and find out."

He did not fear for his life. It was not self defense. If he doesn't plea out it will be a short deliberation and the jury will find him guilty.
