Second. I know we've lost the ability for nuance and critical thinking, but it is possible to affirm a legal zoning request for a mosque and be diligent about becoming Dearborn or Minneapolis.

I've got Mosques, Hindu Temples, Chinese Christian Churches, 4000 Thai Temples. I'm all good with it. Adds variety and "color". I will say this Muslims are a bit of a conundrum. There is probably less than 5% Muslims (Thai) here and they do assimilate very well with the 95% Buddhists (they are so chill). I mentioned once that one of my best friends is Muslim(she calls herself."muslim lite") and she is one of the finest humans I know. Pakistani, born in Canada, grew up in Singapore. I also mentioned there is a particular cigar lounge I frequent in fairly fancy part of town and it seems that most of the hotel guests are ME Muslims with full garb. The black Burka with eye slits make me very uncomfortable for a host of reasons. The DO NOT assimilate or even try here.

Its ok when its just one place like that but when 30% of Frisco is hindus who are inconsiderate and take over the city its not that cool. I went to Galleria last Christmas to take my daughter to the Netflix house and got a full dose of what N Dallas is like now and all I got say is I'm glad I dont live there any more. Small town southern USA only for me now.
