I think I would be right if I shot and killed the man who raped my daughter. I would expect you, as a father of a daughter (if you are one), to agree with me and think I was not guilty. I'd make sure as many of these dads as possible were on my jury. But the law says I'm wrong. It also says my jury strategy shouldn't work even if all 12 dads had a daughter. As a juror, you have to follow the law whether you agree with it or not. And so your only verdict can be I am guilty even though you agree I did nothing wrong.

It works in reverse too. If you are insane, you are not responsible. I think even if you are nuts, you know not to kill kids. But the law says I'm wrong about this. The law says a person has to be sane to be guilty. That's why it should be on the government to prove sanity. It's the determining factor in the decision.

No you did not. The closest I game to an opinion is way back on the first page of the thread. I said I don't know if I would side with guilty or of course you have to be insane to do what she did. I hadn't followed the case that closely.

There is an existing restraining order on this juror and a clear arrest. There are also clear Massachusetts laws which make either a ban on his ability to serve on a jury.

Jury questionnaires are not public records, so it seems he lied on his. We'll know for sure if the press gets their hands on it.

It's also possible he admitted to both on the form and nobody caught it. We'll just have to wait until it becomes public record to see.

Now they're doxxing the man, digging into his past, contacting his family, showing up at his house. All of this both to punish him for refusing to go with their program, and to pollute any future jury pool by making it clear that anyone who votes to convict Clancy will have their life destroyed. This is a direct assault on the integrity of our justice system. And doing it all for the sake of a child murdering psychopath is beyond disturbing.

Multiple Nurses were on the jury, should have been none, as she was a Nurse, Nurses are as tribal as teachers and Cops.

Multiple wore pink, I'm sure in support of Clancy. Several others seem like leftist activist, as they are out virtue signaling to every media outlet that will have them. Several Nurses tried to break down the Tox. report, they do not have that professional expertise and that would have be extra judicial testimony.
