I am with in walking distance to this woman's medical practice. My heart hurts for her son every time I see her name when I pass by.

Listened to the Joe Rogan podcast about the Wall Street journal writer who wrote a book about how teenage girl transition rate has changed in the last 10 years from 1 in 10,000 truly gender dysphoric to 2% of teenage girls. Doesn't make sense to see such a drastic change.

Helps dispel the genetic disposition. Even scientists admit it's at best some part hormonal and along with environment, but in some cases is entirely psychology.

Then they disenfranchise me.

I'll take doesn't matter for 200. A dude standing in a line about to pay for groceries with his own money is a far cry from a thug looting a private business. Both are racists but one is not like the other.
Your ideas are intriguing to me, and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

That tweet is getting crushed by some of the leftist academics I follow on Twitter. Crushed.

They probably helped create the atmosphere that led to this nonsense.

Now they can't contain it.

They drew red lines of what's not acceptable leftist opinion? Doubt it.

Whether they did or didn't, it doesn't matter. They don't have the power to stop this nonsense from growing and being accepted. If they object, they will be cast out from their leftist academic communities and jobs soon enough.

How about you tell me why this radical leftist drivel is ending up on MSM?

You are making claims about people when you don't even know their names. And, again, you are wrong.

And your question has an obvious answer: eyeballs.

Agree that they are a far cry from each other and that the rioter presents the more immediate danger.

But they are connected and it does matter. As long as we judge people by their skin color, people being judged are going to be really upset about it, as they should be. Some of those are going to do stupid things in response.

That is in-line with critical race theory, or "diversity training." Any differences in outcomes is due to racism. So high performing Asians or Indians achieved due to so-called "systematic" racism, but they're also people of color (I think, not sure, depends on the day) so they must be victims of so-called "systematic" racism. Emotional hysteria + amnesia creates funny positions.

Despite the lyrics I would have thought the 9th would get first dibs on being cancelled, it was popular with a certain subset of 1930's Germans...

Don't believe the 5th has lyrics.

The 9th has been popular with all sorts of people including the Japanese and, I believe, is the "official anthem" as it were of the EU.

It is plausible that Beethoven made classical music more classist but, who cares, you can listen to literally any piece of classical music for free these days. It's simply not to the liking of the general public. If you want to see some pretty amazing stuff search YouTube for "reaction videos" to Pavarotti. I love watching people react to Nessun Dorma who have never heard lyric opera.

It's amazing how music can bring us together. Shame people are so interested in tearing us apart.

I'm definitely not what you would call upper crust but if anyone is interested I will happily go to the opera or symphony with them. Beautiful music knows no class boundaries.
