The point isn't about shoving anything down anybody's throat - the point is about human rights abuses which the left constantly claims to be soooooo concerned about. No, absentee mail in balloting, with voter signed applications and ID's is not a problem. The problem is wholesale mailing of ballots to all registered voters to be returned by mail is the issue. That's where ballot harvesting is wide open for mischief. Wide open voter registration has potential for abuse also.
