The saddest part is that it's so out of tough with reality: I don't know if any Trump supporter who takes their marching orders from him or any other political figure. They support him because he says & does the things they like. On the other hand, so many on the Left often do seem like pre-programmed robots, literally taking marching orders from the totalitarian bosses and too often acting like they are incapable of thinking for themselves.

This is especially true l whenever they are confronted with the contradictions or evilness of their positions on important issues from killing babies, to mutilating the bodies of children, to pushing pornography in schools, jailing their political opponents for non-crimes, ignoring the very real crimes of Hillary & Joe (& many others), the open border, sex trafficking, allowing violent criminals to run free, etc, etc ad nauseum.

The state security apparatus always responds to defend the state. And in our case, at this moment, the apparatus is A) controlled by blue appointed officials, and B) full of blue sympathizers. Look at J6. Riot outside the capitol becomes insurrection. System is poised to strike at anything from the right. They will not be as energetic should such be done by the left (see Antifa 2020) but if it actually is an assault on officials/institutions, they will respond, repel, and then short-arm it hoping to leave the rest to the voters, who will punish.
