I think you misunderstood the link or did not read it. These stats are not listing adverse reactions to the vaccine. It lists the number of people that received the vaccine that were hospitalized or died from Covid.

The last row of the chart* specifically lists those cases that were asymptiomatic or non-Covid related.
The numbers may be "meaningless" to some such as yourself but to others they are not.

That chart shows that some people with an undetermined level of vaccination have died with COVID; that in some of those cases COVID contributed to their death. Meaning that the vaccines are not 100% effective.

It does not run counter to the hospitalization narrative. The vaxxed that are not being hospitalized for Covid are discovered to be Covid positive while they are in the hospital for another purpose. The unvaxxed are in the hospital for treatment of Covid and their numbers (as a proportion of Covid positives requiring treatment) would therefore be much higher than estimated.
