Key EDGE Prospect Eyeing an Official Visit
Spring Branch (TX) Smithson Valley EDGE prospect Hudson Woods has set his official visit schedule for the spring and summer. He is trying to schedule a Baylor visit for April but I think ultimately that visit will get moved to a little later in the process since the staff hasn't done many spring official visits in the past. The 6-foot-4, 220-pound prospect has trips planned to Oklahoma State April 25-27, Kansas State May 22-24, Northwestern May 30-June 1, and SMU June 6-8.As of right now he is not planning on taking visits any later in June because he is hoping to make his commitment decision after that final official visit in early June. Either way he is going to be in Waco for an official visit somewhere on this schedule. He is also planning on taking an unofficial visit for a practice during spring football as he continues to build a relationship with Carson Hall and the rest of the staff.Over the past two seasons he has posted 133 tackles, 49 for loss, 27 sacks, and six forced fumbles. He helped lead Smithson Valley to its first UIL state title as they knocked off Highland Park 32-20 to win the 5A DI Championship.https://www.hudl.com/video/3/18125373/6769ae4d8a6b6c88d1198a71

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Baylor and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Baylor and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2

If the predicted school is “Alabama” and confidence is set to “Low,” then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Alabama, but I’m not very certain about that.”
