Transfer OL Note, Two 2025 Unofficial Visits
- Chattanooga offensive lineman Colin Truett has an official visit scheduled for tomorrow but according to multiple reports he committed to Kansas State over the weekend. We will see if the visit still happens. He was a two-time all-conference member and will have one year of eligibility. He would likely slide into the interior of the OL at guard or maybe center. I mentioned his name as one the staff was looking at back in early May as one the staff was evaluating and talking to. Either way it is clear the staff is still looking around for more options on the offensive line or best player available type at positions that have question marks. There is no doubt that Mason Miller, Jake Spavital, and Dave Aranda want to make sure they are doing everything they can to give the offensive line a shot at being good enough in 2024.- New 2025 linebacker offer Tristan Lawyer will take an unofficial visit to Baylor today. The Frisco Wakeland product earned his offer at Baylor camp over the weekend. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound prospect posted 107 tackles, four for loss, and eight QB hurries during his breakout junior season. We will see if the staff decides to bring him in on an official visit.- As I mentioned a couple weeks ago, Browsboro four-star cornerback Micah Strickland with also be on campus today. He took his official visit to Baylor in April then visited Texas Tech this past weekend and has trips to Houston and TCU coming up in June. This is huge to get him back on campus during the middle of his June visit schedule.

Running List of Visitors for June Official Visits
June is almost here which means official visits are here! I have had the list posted for almost three months now but this is the most updated one and the one we will use for the month. The list could grow or change some for these dates but this is where things are at now.

Four-Star CB Schedules Unofficial Visit
Brownsboro (TX) cornerback Micah Strickland will take an unofficial visit to Baylor tomorrow. He took his official visit at the end of April but wanted to take one more visit before his June official visits got started. His official visit schedule includes Texas Tech, TCU, and Houston in June so this is going to be a major in-state battle but very winnable. The 6-foot-1, 180-pound prospect is a consensus four-star prospect and top 220 recruit in the nation according to every national site. His highest ranking is On3 which has him rated as a 92-overall prospect which ranks him as the No. 90 recruit in the nation and the No. 19 prospect in Texas.Strickland is a little raw as a prospect at cornerback but he has tons of athleticism and plays with major physicality which are traits the staff is looking for as they try to run more press coverage in this defensive scheme. He would be an awesome addition to this class and one that the staff should be able to win. Getting him on this visit will give Baylor a nice lead before his official visits begin then it will just be a wait and see process.https://www.hudl.com/video/3/16574830/655fc556b018a60d34fa8fc1

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Baylor and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Baylor and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2
