Recruit Reactions to Baylor's win over Texas
I haven't gotten many responses to the message I sent out earlier but we will hopefully have a few additions later this week.2020 WR Seth Jones (Pearland, TX/Shadow Creek) - "Great team win!"2020 DE Alfred Collins (Bastrop, TX/Cedar Creek) - "Good!" On the defense: "Looked great." He is excited for his OV and is looking to build his relationship with the players and coaches which he hasn't had a great opportunity to do yet. This is mainly because the team has games when he is there.2020 WR Will Nixon (Waco, TX/Midway) - "It was a great win!"2021 DE E'maurion Banks (Wichita Falls, TX/Rider) - "I felt like it was a good win and they deserved it."2021 WR Bryson Green (Allen, TX/Allen) - "It was great loved the beat down Baylor gave!"2021 WR Blaine Green (Allen, TX/Allen) - "Was great enjoyed watching them beat up on Texas."2021 LB Sam Scott (Omaha, NE/North) - I talked to him on the phone so more so an update on him. He came to Baylor for the second time in a year. He got taken on a tour of the campus for a little while which is obviously huge for him since he may not have a lot of chances to get back. He loved everything about the trip and it was his "favorite" visit he has been on. So far he has gone to Nebraska, Iowa, Northern Illinois, South Dakota State, and Northern Iowa games.2022 QB Cade Klubnik (Austin, TX/Westlake) - "Really fun! Loved it." He liked the way the team and offense looked.

Good and Bad Recruiting Notes
The good, 2020 ATH Connor O'Toole went on a Colorado visit in June and really liked what he saw there. He is still getting a feel for all the programs that have offered him. At the end of July he will be visiting Kansas State, TCU, and Texas Tech. He will be at Baylor on July 28th and is going to make a decision during his senior season.Speaking of July 28th, that appears to be a pretty big recruiting weekend for Baylor as they will have a Junior Day but will also be inviting 2020 kids. We will make a list in the coming weeks. Now the bad, I had talks with some sources regarding 2020 wide receiver Will Nixon and it looks like he will be announcing his decision today but it will not be Baylor. Look for Nebraska to be the school he chooses.

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
