Baylor’s momentum on the recruiting trail keeps rolling after winning the National Championship back in April as Scott Drew and the Bears received a commitment on Sunday from a top five national prospect in the 2022 class in 6-5, 200-pound guard Keyonte George.  George picked Baylor over a final 5 of Kentucky, Kansas, Oklahoma State and Texas.  George attends iSchool Entrepreneurial Academy in Lewisville, Texas.  

Scott Drew loves guards that can score.  Keyonte George has a ready made offensive package that includes the ability to shoot 3 pointers from NBA range; blow by defenders off the bounce; finish at the rim through contact and facilitate for others.  

George is the highest rated guard recruit in the Scott Drew era.

Great addition to the 22 incoming class, would be really cool if they build the new arena and open up before he leaves for the NBA. Men's basketball quite possibly can save Baylor from all this Big 12 garbage taking place because of those carpet bagging shorthorns.
