Baylor releases depth chart for season opener against Texas State

On Monday morning ahead of Dave Aranda’s first press conference of the 2021 season, Baylor Athletic communications released the first official depth chart for the season opener at Texas State this weekend.

My thoughts

Glad Keith seems to be finally emerging

Disappointed hall isn't on two deep

I didn't know Casey Phillips is off the roster - that is a blow

Would have liked to see less ors on the ol but I guess they want them to settle it on the field over next three weeks

Hanspard was on two deep week 1 of 2019. He was a four star recruit and team leader. Surprised he hasn't emerged.

Would love to see the Franklin really emerge.

I love Jairon but surely he is on here due to respect with all the athletes behind him.

Dissappointed qualms an not on two deep.

No sqwirl. Let's save him for Iowa st.

Looking back at past week one depth charts a lot tends to change early on.

So pumped for this season after 2020 never really got going.

Don't know but his profile is removed from Baylor site suggesting he is no longer on the team. Would have been a good question for the presser

coaches seem very upbeat that they have a great team. I think we are going to surprise a lot of people. I predict a 9 win season.

Bohanan is going to be outstanding.,... and Zeno is great too..., I guess I am on record now... so we will see.

We will get national attention when we upset Iowa state at home,,.

They announced he medically retired a few weeks ago. He's working with the strength and conditioning office right now so he's with the team still in a way.
