It would be nice if Baylor could ever throw for 250+ yards, against a decent opponent, for a change!

Baylor (4-1) looks to rebound after its first loss of the 2021 football season when it faces West Virginia (2-3) on Saturday at 11 a.m. CT inside McLane Stadium.
Quote of the week...
Dave Aranda: “We're excited for the fans for this next one, for sure. In looking ahead to this week, just seeing the opportunity for us to be able the put a game together, right? To start off a game fast and then to close out, the first half strong, and then to close out the game strong. And to do it with a with a real strong energy and a real strong competitive maturity. When we get into those pressured situations, and those tough moments, to be at our best, I think those are things that we've been really working on and are really looking forward to showing and would love to be able to have a crowd there that can energize us. I know for our players to be able to play in front of the home crowd is something they look forward to.”
Craig Smoak’s Players to Watch
Baylor — QB Gerry Bohanon
With the uptick in competition, Bohanon has shown some growing pains. West Virginia will bring the heat on defense this weekend, and the margin for error will be slim. Bohanon needs to let 'er rip on Saturday while having his head on a swivel. Establishing the passing game early and often is critical to avoiding a repeat of last week's first half.
West Virginia — Quarterback Jarret Doege
Throughout his career, Doege has been prone to inconsistency and turnovers, similar to Spencer Sanders. Take last Saturday, for example. His first drive interception and third drive sack-fumble directly led to Tech's early 14-0 lead. Then, in the second half, the Texas native led four scoring drives to tie the game at 20 before falling to a late field goal. Backup Garrett Greene will be involved too, but a lot will ride on which version of Doege shows up against the Bears defense.

My english better. My daughter (figlia in italia) good teacher. I understand what you say now except for tenses. So now I have English to add to Spanish, French and German and some Portuguese. I speak some Swahili too as been on missionary trips to Kenya years ago. I guess good win for Baylor. I don't really know much but 45-20 is more than double and in European soccer 3-1 is good win.
Enjoy watching Art this year

"When you're getting to be an older person, you wind up waking up early anyway. You might as well play."
