Agreed. We did that a lot against OU, and it was frustrating.BUGWBBear said:NeuroticBear said:Can't have a rush with only 3 linemen.BUGWBBear said:

Quote of the week...
Dave Aranda: “Energy is the big piece there. One thing that we have tried to establish and have not been as successful as I'd like, is that energy is not necessarily something that you catch, it's something that you create. When you catch it can be good, it can also not be good. If you walk into a room, people are at a job and they don't like the job, and all of a sudden you don't like it, and you just kind of catch that feeling. Or if it's a game, and there's not a bunch of people cheering for you, or there's not kind of an electric current kind of praising your name, then all of a sudden, I'm going to be down, right? For you to leave yourself open to either praise or criticism from the outside, I think is limiting. It is it is a fight to get it coming from the inside out. Practice wise, one of the reasons why we don't play a ton of music during practice, is so that we create that on our own. The awareness of kind of where we've been, what we've done, where we can improve, and what that moment means, is huge in that respect. Being really intentional about the practices and how they add up to a successful Saturday is everything. Really looking forward to addressing that.”
Craig Smoak’s Players to Watch
Kansas State — Defensive End Felix Anudike-Uzomah
He's the definition of a breakout star. As a true freshman in 2020, Anudike-Uzomah recorded one sack and three tackles in five appearances. Fast forward a year, and he's notched 11 sacks through 10 games, the second-best mark in the country. If that's not disruptive enough, the true sophomore also leads the nation with six forced fumbles (four in the last three games) and is top ten overall with 14 tackles for loss. So yeah, the Baylor offense will need to keep an eye on him.
Baylor — Quarterback Gerry Bohanon
Bohanon's evolution continued last week with a 100+ yard rushing performance against Oklahoma. He looked like a different runner, picking up yards with a purpose and physicality. It's something that K-State now must account for, so I'm curious to see how it's incorporated this weekend. Most importantly, Bohanon has to protect the football and stay calm under fire.
