Recruiting Notes: Bears offer rising 2023 CB plus former top 100 prospect enters portal

Denton (TX) Ryan High School 2023 cornerback Chance Rucker‍ earned a Baylor offer over the weekend.  The Bears became the first Big 12 school to extend an offer.

“I think earning offer was nice because I’ve been to Baylor and I’ve been to a couple games so I already know what the atmosphere is like there and it’s a great place to be at and be apart of,” he said.
