Within days he had made his choice. Ron Roberts came over after a few seasons at Louisiana under Billy Napier. More importantly, he was Aranda’s mentor back in the day at Delta State, a Division II school in Mississippi. Ron was the head coach there, and Aranda was his DC for one year in 2007.
