Truly in a hurry typing this out before I get to work, so this will be a bullet point list. I have not rewatched the game yet, but I did have a chance to look at some numbers this morning.

  • Statistically, this was the most impressive offensive performance of the Aranda era. Baylor had a 54% success rate (a crude measure of what percentage of your plays were successful) and a whopping 8.19 yards per play. Last year, Baylor averaged a respectable 45% success rate in conference play + BYU.
