Lumberton 2024 OLB Brock Jackson commits to Baylor

Lumberton (TX) High School 2024 ouside linebacker Brock Jackson‍ has given his pledge to the Bears. He becomes commit No. 3 in the 2024 class.

BAYLOR 2024 RECRUITING COMMITMENT LIST

Jackson will likely slide in to play the JACK position in Baylor’s defense as Caleb Collins has been his lead recruiter but there is a chance he grows more and turns into a true defensive end at some point. The good news is he has been recruited by the entire staff so there he has good relationships with everyone on staff.

The 6-foot-4, 240-pound prospect has had major interest in Baylor since the offer came back in May. Following his Junior Day visit he called Baylor the ‘front runner’ to land him. SicEm365’s Grayson Grundhoefer put in a prediction back in May.

During his junior season he posted 64 tackles, 21 for loss, six sacks, and four forced fumbles. As a sophomore he finished with 74 tackles, 16 for loss, five sacks, and four forced fumbles.

He chose Baylor over offers from UTSA, Arkansas, Texas Tech, Missouri, Colorado, and Houston among others.
