Same song 6th verse.

I have been watching Baylor football since 1956. Correct me if I am wrong but the only time I can remember Baylor having success over a period of years was when CAB was here. CMR was on his way to having a period of success but we all know he jumped ship.

I know this comment has nothing to do with anything. I just wanted to have something to gripe about.

Being a born Bear I have been going to games since the early 50'. Attended many with Adrian Burk which included long drives to and from Houston..we have had a number of successful seasons. In the 50's a number of high first round nfl.drafts. Adrian #2, Cotton #4, Bill zglass, Trull.& Elkins, Cody and Rg3 just to name a few. The thing that sticks out is we had success running a passing offense when others were recruiting the running game. Today's game has changed but recruiting against the big boys has never been easy. Players want exciting football.not dull football. Neither do the alumni. We have made 2 hires anti Briles. This offense makes it difficult to recruite 4 stars. We had great success recruiting with Art because he had an offense players wanted to play in. Colorado is the future. Regardless of your opinion of Dion he has a correct plan. 1-11 not enough players
Entire coaching staff working on portal player evaluation. Plenty of quality out there looking to play for a coach who knows how to get kids into the league. Exciting offense. I knew he would have success. He has faith and believes and so do his players and their parents
He will have quality players standing in.line to get into Boulder. This is the future and we don't need to be last in line. His players parents love and trust him. This is the future.

So well and respectfully stated, and stone cold truth. Too many of us BU people believe nothing will, or even should change, especially regarding football. UT football will never be back, Colorado will never be a serious threat, Kansas football will never amount to anything, UCF is a directional school ad nauseum. Yesterday's Big 12 outcomes were a fluke, blah blah blah. There is no future, and too many BU power brokers are fine with that.

If no change, get another tarp ready.
