My god, he has no clue. Transfer portal 2 seasons ago? NIL plan? Talented freshman? He wants to do well? He can't be serious with these answers.

Does he not realize we used to have seemingly unlimited offensive talent? Years where All-Big 12 players couldn't even get significant playing time until their junior years. Deep rotation of offensive and defensive linemen. And he responds with he wants to do well.

He has failed in the visible aspects of the program. There's hardly a player on the roster that has any business playing in the Big 12. These players are simply not good enough for this level and no help is on the way.

We have a team he created which is weak, uncoached and not talented enough to compete in the Big 12. Recruiting continues downward. No plan for the future. Time to go.

But we're gonna have a cool walk through room and neat technology. Hey Dave, how about they spend more time in the weight room so they don't get manhandled every week.

Sounds like Aranda has finally been clear with Baylor admin: Baylor MUST play (and pay) the NIL game or you won't be any good on the field.

Aranda taking a DC job in the NFL would be a prayer answered

I sincerely wish him great success anywhere else he goes. Kevin Steele found a great career in non-HC positions and I believe CDA will as well.
