Baylor Beats Cincinnati 62-59

No. 14 Baylor Men’s Basketball defeated Cincinnati in a heavyweight bout 62-59. 

The Bears were led in scoring by Ja’Kobe Walter and Langston Love, who each put up 14; Love recorded nine of those from outside the arc for a team-leading three three-pointers. Ray J Dennis and Josh Ojianwuna rounded out the double-figure scorers for Baylor, they both put up 11 points. 

Jalen Bridges led the team off the boards with eight rebounds (3-5); he was closely followed by Walter, who had seven. 

Dennis recorded nine assists tonight, the most from either team.

The Bears head to the Little Apple for a reunion with Jerome Tang’s wildcats on Tuesday. Baylor and Kansas State will play in Bramlage Coliseum at 7:00 p.m., and the game will be broadcast on ESPN+.
