These were the “three e’s” of Dave Aranda’s 2023 post-game press conferences for a seemingly listless team that lacked energy, didn’t play with edge, and didn’t execute.

“We brought up the energy,” Ketron Jackson said after Baylor’s loss at home to Utah, “We brought up the edge. We just have to execute and finish the game.” This quote could have been from nearly any game in 2023.

Most organizational cultures are a reflection of their leaders personality. Thats a bad thing for Baylor if we want this team to develop an edge.
