As heartbroken as I am about this loss, I am also upset about the horrid level of armchair quaterbacking I am reading in the caustic comments. Our team played their hearts out and played wellmuch better than expected when this season began. We had zero turnovers until literally the last play. Our defense played well overall, and registered a bevy of sacks and pressures against a super-mobile scrambling QB. Were it not for the final play of regulation we would be hearing their praises sung. We had multiple players step up among our offense and special teams. We had one truly bad play that turned triumph into tragedy.

It's okay to cry, but this loss is not proof of incompetent coaching.

Our team deserves better fans than those who wrote some of the posts I've read tonight.

Don't look now but BYU is beating KState starting the 3Q (17-6). Next week was going to be tough enough even if KState blew them out. Now, it might be a cakewalk for BYU that is!

Dave had them in press coverage running stride for stride with the receivers down the field on multiple Hail Marys. One of the dumbest calls in cfb I've ever seen.

This team may not break .500, but they weren't a cake walk for Utah, nor Colorado. And I can't see them being a cake walk for anyone.

I appreciate your words, and while this was a heartbreaking loss, what makes it more frustrating is that Colorado is terrible. They will be lucky to win 5 games this year and per you accurate description of the positive things we did tonight, it's a game we SHOULD have won by at least 14 points. To gift wrap this win for Colorado especially given their coaches personality makes it even more disgusting. Some will choose to yell on this board instead of yelling at their wife, kids or dog. Let it go..,,

I consider myself to be an excellent armchair quarterback. As a matter of fact I have over 50 years experience arcmchair quarterbacking the Bears. I am ashamed of my performance tonite.

Proud of the effort tonight against a good team in a hostile environment. Still a great chance for a bowl game with our schedule. If so, Aranda will get another year.

Not sure I've seen a coach with more of a losing mentality than CDA. Perhaps former coach Jason Garrett rivals him, and we know where Garrett is now. Not coaching.

Sure the players deserve credit. But I'm calling BS on your post, the team needs new leadership. The team over achieved given that the coaches hamstring them constantly. They coach not to lose, coaches only get creative when they're losing.

Yeah I was wrong on them. Only Houston is a probable win and that's late in the year when the energy might be totally sucked out

Correction BYU up 31-6 in 3Q…. One team plays next week brimming with confidence, while one is trying to find and apply the snakebite ointment.

The Aranda regime has killed my interest in Baylor football. Which is sad. But I have to much going on during the weekends to care about bad product.
I wish I knew how to quit Baylor football.

But my formative college football years came during the Reedy, Roberts, Steele, Morriss years. If I could remain a diehard fan through that, I'm literally hopeless.

I hate living and dying with a team I know is going to kill me (maybe literally at some point).

The best way to stand up to the administration is to have our team play next week's game in front of 5,000 BYU fans.

Money is the only language these *******s speak. Hit them in the pocket book and they'll listen. Otherwise, it's "Let them eat cake."

His contract is up this year so I don't think it's going to be a complicated decision. The L's are going to out number the W"s unfortunately.
