Austin (TX) Westlake Tight End Brody Wilhelm Commits to Baylor
Austin (TX) Westlake tight end Brody Wilhelm has committed to Baylor after earning an offer earlier this past week. He becomes commit No. 19 in the 2025 class and the first tight end to pledge to the Bears.

The 6-foot-5, 220-pound prospect worked out in front of Jake Spavital and Jarrett Anderson before a camp this summer in Waco. The staff waited to offer as they were still in contention for a couple of other tight-end prospects, but now Wilhelm appears to be the guy at a position the staff has been trying hard to address.
Wilhelm is off to a really good start to this season, with 15 receptions for 208 yards and four touchdowns. He had a strong junior year with 39 receptions for 663 yards and seven touchdowns.
He holds offers from Texas State, Old Dominion and Navy. Currently, his only ranking is on 247, as he is rated as an 84-overall, three-star prospect.
