Neal Brown’s WVU Squad Reshuffles The Defensive Roster Again

Neal Brown is a good head coach who built some very tough teams at Troy that took on the top programs head-to-head. He knows how to identify and develop talent, and the NIL situation at WVU appears to require it of him a fair bit.
