Good
- Tremendous focus and energy out of the gate. The Bears led from start to finish in this one.
- Offensive efficiency was outstanding. 1.42 points per possession is an elite offense.
- Thirty assists is a great number; 25 came from Jeremy Roach (5Sr.), Jayden Nunn (Sr.), VJ Edgecombe (Fr.) and Robert Wright III (Fr.).
- You love the effort on the glass (42-21), according to KenPom.
- I loved the celebrations and energy of our starters when Jason Asemota (Fr.), Omar Adegbola (RFr.) and Davidson Hubbard (5Sr.) scored at the end of the game.
Concerns
- You will take a 2-1 assist-to-turnover ratio every game, but 15 turnovers is too many.
- Rotations in the zone were not great early in the game, but credit Sam Houston; they moved the ball better than Arkansas.
Great win, and on to the next one.
