Postgame Podcast & Thoughts: Baylor 88 ACU 57

Positives

• Got up 15-9 and never allowed ACU to make it a game after that.  Good job controlling the game from start to finish.  
• Shared the ball well, one of the best features of Baylor teams in Scott Drew’s tenure is the unselfishness and shot selection.  This team is no different.  They work for good, better, best shots.  59% from the field is a great number.  
• Balanced scoring, all seven main rotation players tonight scored at least 8 points.  
• Thought the energy and effort on defense was solid all night.  ACU is not a great three point shooting team but the Bears limited their opportunities resulting in a 2-14 night from 3.  

Concerns

• Free throw shooting could have been better (63% after shooting only 27% for the first half).  
• Need to get everyone healthy and playing together so we can gel headed into conference play.
