I love JVG but would almost rather see Taliah play point with Marcayla J starting at the 2 guard. Then bring Jana off the bench. I absolutely love Marcayla's game!!

JVG's shortcomings and size issues are easier to hide against backups. Your scenario is the best option.

That said, getting either Deng or Pemberton to a point of contributing is also necessary as we have to get quality minutes from one of them (with your suggested shift).

Scott is a sophomore, and BU is her 3rd team (Arkansas & Auburn). If she isn't utilized, she could leave. She only played 3 games at Auburn before injury benched her. She definitely showed promise today. Jana is 6th year senior and needs to shake rust off. If Scott is future, she needs to play and feel established at BU. Also, is Ivana ever going to play? I think she's a PG. Not sure if I saw her on bench today.

I don't think she has completely recovered from her injury?

With all honesty.. I thought Deng would get more than 6 minutes. She could be a offensive match up nightmare.
