Baylor men’s basketball (11-6, 1-4) was blown out by the Kansas Jayhawks (13-5, 3-2) on Friday night at Allen Fieldhouse, 80-62. Here are my post-game thoughts.
Positives
- Great first-half efforts from Cam Carr (15 points) and Tounde Yessoufou (16 points). The Bears, after starting the game down 19-4, took a 37-36 lead and trailed Kansas by only six at the break.
- The Bears fought on the glass.
- Caden Powell plays with tremendous effort.
